Penguins Cup winner has Stanley Cup ring stolen!

Vancouver Canucks prospect Brendan Gaunce shared a heartbreaking on social media this morning, posting that his brother Cameron Gaunce has had his Stanley Cup ring stolen!

The elder Gaunce was a member of the Pittsburgh Penguins when they won the Cup in 2017 and he and his wife were both awarded Cup rings, along with the rest of the team and their family members.

Brendan would go on to say that the theft took place in the Toronto area and is asking GTA residents to be on the lookout for the missing ring. 

Needless to say, this is a priceless piece of jewelry to the family that is worth infinitely more to them than to anyone else.
