Phil Kessel absolutely destroys Team USA after crushing loss to Canada!

Last night was a crushing defeat for Team USA at the World Cup, not only did they lose to bitter rivals Team Canada, but the loss guaranteed that they would not advance to the playoff bracket of the tournament, something that has to be viewed as an incredible disappointment for USA hockey.

However that may not have been what stung the most last night thanks to American born Pittsburgh Penguins forward Phil Kessel who many felt was snubbed when he was not selected for the team, a thought that Kessel it seems might also share.

Kessel took to social media after the game and absolutely destroyed Team USA off the heels of the 4-2 loss to Canada, stating the following:

"Just sitting around the house tonight w my dog. Felt like I should be doing something important, but couldn't put my finger on it."

The message from Kessel here is clear, and after their performance in this tournament, we certainly hope USA hockey is listening. One thing is certain however, Phil Kessel is a savage.
