Player dedicates his goal to player recently diagnosed with MS

It has been quite the past few weeks with players dealing with tragic illnesses.

We reported Bryan Bickell being recently diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis. Andrew Shaw of the Montreal Canadiens dedicated his goal he scored tonight to Bickell during an interview with french sports broadcasters TVASports.

Bickell and Shaw played together in Chicago over multiple seasons. They were both part of the Stanley Cup winning teams in 2013 and 2015. They saw some time playing together with the Blackhawks and obviously bonded over the years. It was tough for Shaw to hear that his friend was diagnosed with something as scary as MS.

Dedicating the goal to Bryan was a nice gesture and a nice way to show he is thinking of him.
