NHL referees have been criticized this season for missing calls, and this likely won't help their cause.

Minnesota Wild Jason Zucker was the recipient of a high hit from Chicago Blackhawks' defenceman Michael Rozsival in the second period of their outdoor game at TCF Bank Stadium in the second period.

Rozsival doesn't appear to leave his skates until after initial contact has occurred, although the hit does appear to be a tad late. Zucker's head bounces off of the ice, and he was was helped off the rink and led to a cart that took him from the field area.

Zucker suffered an upper-body injury on the play and Rozsival was assessed a five-minute major for interference and a game misconduct.

Did this hit merit an ejection, or was this yet another blown call by the referees?
