Plekanec gets dominated in his first career fight.

Montreal Canadiens veteran forward Tomas Plekanec went 941 career National Hockey League games without ever dropping the gloves in a fight, and honestly he should of left things that way.

On Thursday night the 35-year-old center finally had enough for the first time in his career and threw off his gloves to engage in a battle with 32-year-old Arizona Coyotes forward Brad Richardson.

Unfortunately for Plekanec it was a rather embarrassing affair and not only was he thoroughly dominated by Richardson in the fight, but it looked like Plekanec immediately realized he had made a terrible mistake.

Plekanec spent the entire time trying to wrestle Richardson to the ice, while Richardson peppered him with punches to the head with no response from the Habs forward.
