The Pittsburgh Penguins have re-signed one of their veterans on Wednesday afternoon.
Matt Cullen, 39, helped the Pens secure a Stanley Cup championship last season to add to his second piece of silverware. While more of a role-player at this stage of his career, Cullen produced 4 goals and 6 points during the playoffs while finishing the regular season with 10 points in the final 11 games.
The contract is for one year and is valued at $1 million.
