Red Wings make some changes in need of more offense.

Tonight's game between the Detroit Red Wings and the St-Louis Blues will feature two teams who are pretty banged up.

The Wings will be without defenseman Nickla Kronwall and forward Drew Miller. Alexey Marchenko will take Kronwall's place in the lineup tonight. Head coach jeff Blashill also confirmed that Petr Mrazek will be the starting goaltender.

The Blues will have fight the Wings without defenseman Robert Bertuzzo, Carl Gunnarsson and left winger Magnus Paajarvi. Although these three players won't face the Wings, they all made the trip to Detroit. Brian Elliot will be the starting goaltender after stopping 87 of the 89 shots he received in his last two games.

The game tonight will also feature a nice confrontation between two Russian superstars. Vladimir Tarasenko and Pavel Dastyuk will face each other in a clash between generations at the Joe tonight.

Who will come out on top? The Magic Man or the Tarashenkshow?
