Referee attacked in insane bench clearing brawl.

We witnessed an absolutely bonkers ending to a third place match in the Easter Cup this week.

The annual Under 16 tournament drew huge controversy after a huge bench clearing brawl capped off the third place match, presumably with one side a little upset with the outcome of the game.

While bench clearing brawls when such young men are involved are already bad enough, one of the big factors that has pushed this brawl to the mainstream is the fact that one of the on-ice officials was assaulted in the process. 

No word yet on what will come of this, but the Belarusians who lost the game are being viewed as the instigators of the brawl and it wouldn't be shockign to see them seriously reprimanded as a result.
