Undrafted and unsigned Russian free-agent Artur Tyanulin is officially open to the highest bidder. The 20-year-old winger tore up the OHL last season with the Ottawa 67’s scoring 24 goals and 85 points in just 67 games. He finished the season as a candidate for the league's Most Outstanding Player award. While he could return to the team as an over age player, he’s reportedly close to signing a pro contract:

The diminutive 5’9, 174 lb native of Kazan, Russia has been linked to both the Arizona Coyotes and Montreal Canadiens this offseason, but there’s no word yet on who he’s in negotiations with currently.

Several teams however could use his speed and skill on a cheap, entry-level deal including the Chicago Blackhawks, New York Rangers, Los Angeles Kings, Nashville Predators and Minnesota Wild.
