The Chicago Blackhawks announced they have assigned forward Nathan Noel to the Rockford IceHogs of the AHL. Noel, 20, was drafted 113th overall by the Blackhawks in the 2016 draft. In 242 games played with the Saint-John Sea Dogs (QMJHL), he registered 208 points, and added 29 points in 39 playoff games.
The Blackhawks are 4-2-2 in height games played so far this season. They’ll face the Arizona Coyotes on Saturday night.
