The Boston Bruins are categorical. Brandon Carlo isn't going anywhere.

Don Sweeney first turned down the Winnipeg Jets earlier in the season when they were dealing with Jacob Trouba and his agent over a new contract. Then, Sweeney had to turn down Joe Sakic who was shopping his captain Gabriel Landeskog, hoping to get Carlo in return.

According to Elliot Friedman, the Bruins are turning down every calls incoming for their giant-sized defenceman.

Brandon Carlo, 20, is already playing top-pair minutes alongside Zdeno Chara. Facing the toughest competition night in and night out. He's averaging close to 22 minutes of icetime per game and collected 2 goals and 6 assists in 42 games so far this season.

A diamond the Bruins want to polish themselves.
