A very low risk signing for Vancouver.
The Vancouver Canucks have added some depth at forward by signing veteran Adam Cracknell.
Cracknell spent most of last season playing in the AHL, but he did appear in 17 games for the Columbus Blue Jackets The majority of Cracknell's 82 NHL games came as a member of the St. Louis Blues, he has 6 goals and 11 assists over his career.
Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports is reporting that the deal is a on year, two-way contract worth $575,000, making this a very low risk depth signing for the Canucks, who are likely to get at least a few NHL games out of Cracknell at some pointthis season.
