Report: Coach Green makes announcement on Boeser

According to Vancouver Canucks head coach Travis Green, there’s a “good chance” that rookie Brock Boeser gets back into the lineup tonight when the team takes on the New Jersey Devils at Rogers Arena.

The 20-year-old Boeser has been out of the lineup since suffering a foot contusion from blocking a shot against the Washington Capitals last Thursday. The youngster took to the ice in Vancouver yesterday afternoon though and then again this morning and is apparently feeling no ill effects.

Look for Boeser to slot in alongisde center Bo Horvat and left winger Sven Baertschi on the Canucks’ new look top line.
