The Minnesota Wild recently made two interesting moves involving their highly touted prospects. They sent down rookies Joel Eriksson -Ek and Luke Kunin to Iowa in the AHL which was a surprising move to many.
Both former first round draft picks, Eriksson-Ek and Luke Kunin did not produce much offense for the Wild but many argue that they weren't given a fair chance to play and show what they got.
Kunin played 17 games with the Wild and put up 2 goals and 2 assists. Eriksson-Ek played 20 games but only put up 3 points. We at HockeyFeed believe that these two players have incredible skill and this set back is not the end of the world but we want to hear from you, Wild Feed. What do you think about these moves? People seems decisive about them being sent down.
