It's no surprise that the latest move from the Arizona Coyotes has a number of their fans very concerned about the development of former first round pick Dylan Strome.

Strome was the third overall pick in the 2015 National Hockey League Entry Draft, only selected behind Edmonton Oilers captain Connor McDavid and Buffalo Sabres star forward Jack Eichel, and on Monday he was demoted by the Coyotes and sent down to the American Hockey League.

Needless to say given his draft pedigree this is incredibly disappointing from the 20-year-old center, but it seems the Coyotes simply don't feel that he is ready to play in the NHL.

There are now a ton of questions surrounding Strome as a result of this latest demotion, with many wondering if he will ever be ready to make the jump to the NHL. It would be truly shocking to see him fail to reach the NHL after all the promise he showed in the Ontario Hockey League, including a 129 point season, a feat he achieved in just 68 games.
