Report: Full details surrounding the arrest of Evander Kane in Buffalo.

We now have a better more detailed picture surrounding the reported arrest of Buffalo Sabres forward Evander Kane this morning.

First and foremost, despite images leaking of Kane being handcuffed in the middle of the street, it appears that, according to WIBV4 that he voluntarily turned himself in to police as a result of the five charges he is currently facing. Kane has been charged with a misdemeanor charge of criminal trespassing and four non-criminal harassment violations. As a side note, one has to wonder why a photo of Kane being handcuffed in the street ever made it's way to the public considering these are the circumstances.

The Buffalo Sabres organization has released the following statement:

“We are aware of the charges against Evander Kane stemming from an incident last month. Our organization will have no further comment at this time.”

While Kane, through his attorney, maintains his innocence, police chief  Joseph Gramaglia described the accusations he is facing to the media.

“The allegations that are made are grabbing complainants by the neck, by the hair and the arms."

This is not the first time Kane is in legal trouble, and not the first time he has been accused of attacking women either, he was investigated for an alleged sexual offense earlier this year in Buffalo, but no charges ever emerged from that incident.
