Report: Hawks avoid scare with Keith
KeyStone Press

First thing's first - Duncan Keith missed the last few practices with an illness and it was feared that he may not be good to go tonight against the Pittsburgh Penguins.

He finally returned to practice today.

He took his place on the top defensive pairing next to Cody Franson and appears poised to play tonight. Scare averted.

Here are the projected lines for tonight's tilt.

The Chicago Blackhawks sit one spot out of the playoffs, currently sporting a 9-8-2 record. This is a position they aren't too familiar with them. The perennial contenders take on the 11-7-3 consecutive Stanley Cup champions Penguins in a rematch of an absolute thrashing that occurred at the beginning of the season.

Chicago absolutely clobbered the Penguins 10-1 on their opening night match. Pittsburgh will definitely be looking to get their revenge tonight.
