Report: Julien brutally blames one player for humiliating loss!

Montreal Canadiens head coach Claude Julien was more than irritated after the 5-4 loss to the Arizona Coyotes on Thursday night. The Coyotes got their first regulation win of the season in Montreal, and Julien did not mince his words after the game.

The Habs called up forward Nicolas Deslauriers for the contest, and the agitator was more than happy to be in the lineup. However, he made a bad decision, according to Julien, which could have caused them the win.

Deslauriers dropped the gloves during the second period to fight Zac Rinaldo. After the referees split them apart, Deslauriers was fired up, but Julien believes the Coyotes got the best out of the fight.

"We did not respect the game plan. We thought it was going to be easy," Julien explained. "In the second period, we were sloppy. The fight between Deslauriers and Rinaldo gave them energy."

When asked if he would have preferred for Deslauriers to restrain from fighting by the Journal de Montreal, Julien was more than adamant.

"I will not comment on this, no thank you!"

Deslauriers might not get the call again, although he did win the fight... Or let's hope for him Julien cooled off after the press conference. But one thing is certain, the Habs need to turn this around - and quickly!
