The Calgary Flames will count on the return of one of their key defenseman tonight! As reported by Sportsnet Pat Steinberg on Twitter, Calgary head coach Glen Gulutzan confirmed that Travis Hamonic will be back in the lineup tonight to face the St.Louis Blues. He has missed the last three games with a lower-body injury.

Travis Hamonic was drafted 53rd overall by the New York Islanders in 2008. He played seven seasons with the Islanders, before the Flames acquired him on Draft day this past June.

In 457 games played in the NHL, Hamonic registered 148 points. He added four points in 17 playoff games.

So far this season, the St.Malo, Manitoba native registered two points in 13 games.
