According to a report from TSN's Ryan Rishaug the team's first overall pick, Connor McDavid, will be returning to the ice this week, finally, after having missed so much of his first season with an injury.

Fans in Edmonton; won't have to wait long either, as McDavid is set to make his return on home ice Tuesday night when his Oilers take on the Columbus Blue Jackets. It may end up being the most anticiparted blue Jackets game of this entire NHL season.
