The Boston Bruins completely dominated Game 3 of the Stanley Cup Final, crushing the Blues by a margin of 7 - 2 and putting a stamp on the series that neither team managed to do in their previous win in this series.

Things went exceptionally well for the Bruins in that game and although Boston Bruins head coach Bruce Cassidy made it clear that there were plenty of things the Bruins could have improved in that game, I would expect him to maintain the status quo for Game 4. Barring any injuries I would not expect Cassidy to make any major shifts to his line up, I mean after all when you've just beaten an opponent by 5 goals the old adage of 'if it ain't broke don't fix it' seems incredibly appropriate.

That of course will not be the case for St. Louis Blues head coach Craig Berube who finds himself on the opposite end of that equation. The Blues can not afford another loss  like the one they suffered in Game 3 or you will end up down 3 - 1 in a series and your team morale will likely be destroyed at that point. It is clear that the head coach is going to have to make some changes to his line up, but until a little earlier today no one really knew in which direction Berube would go.

Now according to a report from Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports, it now appears that inured defenseman Vince Dunn is finally set to make his return to the ice. Lavoie did not officially confirm that Dunn would be in the line up tonight but he is reporting that it "looks like Vince Dunn will be back in the St. Louis Blues line up tonight." Lavoie is not prone to hyperbole however so if he feels he has seen something that indicates Dunn will play, you can bet that there is some legitimacy to his claims.

Additionally it sounds like forward Zach Sanford will be getting some more important minutes after being a strong performer for the Blues in Game 3. One of the few bright spots for St. Louis on what was a really bad night was Sanford and according to TSN's Ryan Rishaug he has been promoted up to Ryan O'Reilly's line, although it is unclear if he will star Game 4 in that position. Rishaug was also able to confirm that Dunn was taking reps with teammate Carl Gunnarsson on the back end, so that may indicate the paring that Dunn will be playing on this evening.

Additionally it looks like Oskar Sundqvist will be back in following his suspension, although it is still unclear who will be coming out of the line up. That may come down to a game time decision, although we will be sure to keep you up to date when that information is made available.

Update: Robby Fabbri appears to be the odd man out, although that is not yet official.

Update: According to the line up provided by Blues insider Jeremy Rutherford there may be even more changes. It looks like veteran enforcer Robert Bortuzzo will be out and Joel Edmundson will take his place.
