The addition of Artemi Panarin will reconfigure the top line of the Columbus Blue Jackets and many fans are wondering when the snipper will come to the city and get acquainted with his new teammates.
The Athletic' Aaron Portzline had new details on the Russian player's debut with his new team. Panarin will arrive in Columbus at the end of the month, and will hold a press conférence to unveil his number 9 jersey.
The 25-year-old scored 30 goals in his rookie campaign and 31 last season. In 162 regular-season contests with the Chicago Blackhawks, Panarin recorded 151 points, 12 game-winning goals and a plus-26 rating.
In June, the Blackhawks swapped wingers with Columbus, re-acquiring Brandon Saad in exchange for Panarin.
