Report: NHL fans are fed up and turn on local team!
KeyStone Press

The first quarter of the 2017-18 season is here and the Montreal Canadiens are not anywhere close to playoff contention. Let's hope the return of star goalie Carey Price will change a few things, at this not only on the ice, but off the ice as well.

According to many sources, and the StubHub website itself, the ticket sales have dropped so much that now tickets for upcoming games at the Bell Centre are incredibly affordable for fans to buy and assist at a contest.

City TV reporter Domenic Fazioli has revealed that tickets for the Habs' game against the Calgary Flames that will take place on Dec. 7 can be purchased for only 22$.

The Canadiens organization is also modifying prices on their website, as some games are usually marked Optimum like the one against the Ottawa Senators, but are now getting switched back to normal prices. The Habs association then lose 37% of the usual requested price.

Let's hope for the Canaidnes that they can start winning again, that Price can lift the team like he used to, and fans can stop being fed up with the club and return to encouraging them, instead of tuning on the Habs.

To be continued...
