The Nashville Predators will be without their star defenseman for some time.

After missing his first game as a Predator on Saturday due to what is being classified as an "upper-body injury" there are now reports that Subban has not traveled with the Predators on their upcoming road trip, indicating that he will miss several more games.

A report from Adam Vingan of the Tennessean is now claiming that Subban is "likely" to miss both the game against the Philadelphia Flyers which will be held on Monday night as well as Tuesday's game against the the New Jersey Devils.

The Predators have not been forthcoming about the nature of Subban's injury and have merely listed him as day to day while he continues to sit on the sidelines. Subban is a notoriously durable player who has missed just 15 games total since the 2013-2014 season, so his absence should be a cause for concern for fans in Nashville.
