Report: Rangers sign 1st round Draft Pick to Entry Level Deal

The New York Rangers have announced that they have signed Lias Andersson to a three-year entry-level contract.

Expected to play for Frolunda HC in the Swedish Elite League next season, the Swedish forward was drafted 7th overall by the Rangers in this year’s NHL Entry Draft. Andersson was drafted a lot of higher than most expected as you can see with his final draft rankings from multiple websites.
