Report: Sam Miletic is on fire right now!

Pittsburgh Penguins prospect Sam Miletic is having quite a year so far in the OHL! The 20-year old forward has already scored seven goals and added 28 assists for 35 total points in only 24 games played with the London Knights.

Miletic was signed as an undrafted free agent by the Penguins in September. He played his draft year in the USHL, and he didn't have an outstanding season (27 points in 58 games), which may have hurt his stock for the draft. 

He decided to join the London Knights for the 2015-2016 season, and his production was interesting for the amount of games he played, as he scored three goals and added 11 assists in 35 games played. Last year was really a breakout season for Miletic, as he scored 37 goals and added 18 assists for 55 points in 65 games. He had a difficult playoff run, as he only had one point in 12 games.

However, his strong season convinced the Penguins management team to invite him for the rookie and development camp, and they eventually signed him to a three-year, entry level contract.

The Bloomfield Hills, Michigan native doesn't disappoint so far this season, and let's hope we will bring this offensive production at the next level next season!
