Not many analysts predicting the Ottawa Senators to make it to the conference finals, but tomorrow night when the puck drops at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, that’s exactly where they’ll be.

Post media hockey columnist Bruce Garrioch reported today that head coach Guy Boucher has already released his forward lines for tomorrow’s crucial opening game of the Eastern Conference championships.

No surprises here, really. Bobby Ryan and Jean-Gabriel Pageau have both been a revelation this postseason and have helped Mark Stone take his game where it needs to be. Turris and MacArthur have also provided the team with secondary scoring throughout the playoffs and will be depended on even more against a very tough Pittsburgh Penguins team.

The team’s third and fourth lines are full of quality depth players who are mostly interchangeable throughout the lineup. Trade deadline acquisition Alex Burrows, in particular, has found chemistry with centerman Derick Brassard, so look for those two to do some damage to the Pens, as well. Puck drops tomorrow!
