The week off will do some good for a couple of players from the Minnesota Wild. The team is dealing with a bevy of injuries to several key players, including Mikael Granlund, Marcus Foligno, Charlie Coyle, Nino Niederreiter, and Zach Parise.
Parise was practicing on a regular line on Monday but left early, to everyone's surprise. He reportedly tweaked something and suffered a setback.
However, coach Bruce Boudreau revealed on Tuesday that Granlund is a possibility and that Foligno will return to practice on Thursday.
Let's hope that the Wild will be able to count on the return of one star player sonner than later...
The Wild will face the Winnipeg Jets next, on Friday.
