Report: Status update on Gostisbehere and Patrick injuries

Philadelphia Flyers are beginning to deal with some issues to key players. Nolan Patrick has been out since a hit rocked his head against the Anaheim Ducks. More recently against the Toronto Maple Leafs, Shayne Gostisbehere was hit from behind by Leo Komarov and is dealing with an injury in consequence.

General manager Ron Hextall provided updates on their conditions this morning.

Per GM Ron Hextall, Gostisbehere & Patrick are day-to-day. Samuel Morin is dealing with nagging issue. Status will be known this afternoon.

Samuel Morin had been called up following the injury to Gostisbehere but the former 11th overall pick appears to be dealing with an injury issue himself.

Each players' status will likely be updated this afternoon - it's unlikely any will suit up tonight versus the Arizona Coyotes.
