Can they stay out of trouble?

The Pittsburgh Penguins are in Las Vegas tonight - set to face off against the Vegas Golden Knights tonight.

The major storyline will be the return of Matt Murray between the pipes for the Penguins, facing off against his former mentor and friend Marc-Andre Fleury for the first time, as both are coming off recent injuries.

A smaller storyline, albeit interesting one, is the slight worry Mike Sullivan has over the temptations Vegas has to offer as a city. The distraction of casinos, night life and the like are all relatively new to this league. Teams must navigate these waters carefully as at least one trip to Vegas is now in the cards for every single team - for some, they will happen multiple times.

That being said, Sullivan expresses optimism that he has a professional group of players and that they'll do the right thing on gameday, so as to not compromise the team's ability to win.

“Coaches worry about all kinds of things. It's the nature of our business. We worry about everything,” he said, reported by TribLIVE's Jonathan Bombulie. “One thing I will say is I believe we've got a good group. We've got a professional group. I think they understand what's at stake and we've got to make sure we make the choices and the decisions that are necessary to put our team in the best position to win.”

They're calling this new phenomenon the "Vegas flu", and the hope is that the Pittsburgh Penguins don't catch it. The Golden Knights' 11-2-1 record at home is remarkable, and some pundits believe the so-called flu may have something to do with it.
