Report: Top defenseman back in the lineup tonight for the Golden Knights!

Vegas Golden Knights head coach Gerard Gallant confirmed that defenseman Shea Theodore will be back in the lineup tonight to face the Carolina Hurricanes. Defenseman Brad Hunt will be a healthy scratch.

Theodore, 22, was acquired via trade by the Golden Knights from the Anaheim Ducks for future considerations just before the Expansion Draft in June. He was drafted 26th overall by Anaheim in 2013.

This season, the Langley, British-Columbia native has produced five points in 14 games played. He added 11 points in eight games played with the Chicago Wolves (AHL). In 67 games played in the NHL, Theodore registered 22 points, and added eight points in 20 playoff games.

The Golden Knights are currently second in the Pacific Division with a record of 19-9-1.
