Report: Vegas selects three time 20+ goal scorer

Early rumor reports out of St Louis today report that the Vegas Golden Knights have selected St Louis Blues forward David Perron in the 2017 NHL Expansion Draft. While the news has yet to be confirmed, several reports across social media have corroborated the rumor. Cat Silver of the Fanrag Sports Network breaks down the rumor in his latest report below:

In 2016-17, the Blues forward scored 18 goals and 46 points. The most impressive stat however may be his 82 games played. It was the first time in eight seasons that Perron has managed to play an entire season without missing time due to injury. The 29 year-old has suffered several career-threatening head injuries throughout his career, so the fact that he managed to play an entire season with no symptoms is a tremendously positive sign.
