The Boston Bruins are reportedly inquiring on a big physical defenseman.

Early report from Danslescoulisses.com who cites an internal sources from the Montreal Canadiens, the Boston Bruins would be frontrunners to acquire Eric Gelinas.

Gelinas is currently an unrestricted free agent. He most recently played under contract to the Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League . He was selected by the New Jersey Devils in the second round, 54th overall, at the 2009 NHL Entry Draft.

His 6ft4, 225 pounds qualify him as big strong physical defenseman. The Montreal Canadiens and the Las Vegas Knights would reportedly have inquired for his services as well.

Would you take a shot at him?
