The Boston Bruins currently find themselves in the bottom half of the Atlantic division, not the start they were hoping for this season, and it looks like they are contemplating making some changes.

While the Bruins can be forgiven for their slow start given the sheer number of injuries they have had to deal with at the forward position this early in the season, it sounds like they have interest in improving their defensive group.

On the most recent episode of Bruins Beat, Bruins reporters Jimmy Murphy and Joe Gill touched on the possibility of the Bruins trading for Las Vegas Golden Knights defenseman Shea Theodore

The 22-year-old former first round pick has only appeared in 3 games for the Golden Knights this season, having spent 8 games in the American Hockey League with the Chicago Wolves. It's been no secret that the Golden Knights have been trying to move at least one defenseman since prior to the start of the regular season, and a player like Theodore could fit the bill.

While there has been no word on what the Bruins might be offering to get Theodore, Murphy and Gill suggested that a player like Matt Beleskey could be a piece in the deal.
