Now don't act all upset now. You know you are wondering what the Montreal Canadiens would get in return if they did the unthinkable: trade starting goalie Carey Price and enter the rebuild mode.

One fan decided to put it out there and asked The Hockey News' Matt Larkin during a mailbag segment  what would be a serious and realistic return for the Canadiens if they traded Price. Let's be honest, despite his mysterious injury and loaded new contract, Price remains a superstar most rival clubs would want on their side.

Larkin believes the Habs would get a “gargantuan return” for Price, though it would not be a top center and a No. 2 defenseman. Instead, Larkin thinks they’d get a package of elite prospects and high draft picks: "like what Colorado received for Matt Duchene, but multiply the return twofold. Then you immediately start shopping Shea Weber and Max Pacioretty.”

Because according to Larkin, there is no way Price gets moved, unless the Habs intend to rebuild.

"You don’t deal Price until and unless you’re ready to rebuild. And if Bergevin does so, he’s essentially asking to be fired, admitting he’s screwed up his Stanley Cup chase just months after going for broke with the Price extension and Karl Alzner signing. So I don’t expect any Price trade as long as Bergevin is GM and as long as Montreal is trying to compete for a Stanley Cup. It’s not a realistic idea yet."

Montreal stills has a win-now attitude and it is nit believed that GM Marc Bergevin is ready to start all over.

I mean, are YOU ready to start over?
