Stanley Cup finalists looking to ink a new deal in the KHL

Early report from Igor Eronko (Sport-Express' hockey writer / KHL, NHL, International hockey / NHL) is mentioning that a Stanley Cup finalists looking to ink a new deal in the KHL.

"Also CSKA is in talks with Roman Lyubimov (GM said he looks positive at a possible deal) and one of the Stanley Cup finalists (he didn't name)"

Some rumor are pointing in the direction of Vladislav Kamenev. He played in three leagues over the course of his career (KHL, NHL and AHL). In the 2016-2017 season with the Nashville Predators, he only played 2 games.

As per Hockeys Future "Kamenev has size and a high skill level and plays with a determination that some liken to countryman Valeri Nichushkin (DAL). A team leader who was the captain for the Russia U18 team in 2013-14, Kamenev should continue to improve as he matures physically and further develops his skating ability while learning the finer points of positional play."
