Tqo NHL teams appear to be fighting for one of the best available forwards on the trade market today.

Sportsnet insider Elliotte Friedman is reporting that both the Florida Panthers and the Los Angeles Kings are currently trying to acquire Thomas Vanek from the Detroit Red Wings.

Vanek was arguably Detroit's best offensive player this season recording an impressive 15 goals and 23 assist in just 48 games with the Red Wings, and it's clear that he's going to come at a fairly high price despite being a rental player.

The question is which of these teams will be willing to pay the price to go all-in.
