It’s not exactly a secret that Minnesota Wild general manager Paul Fenton is aggressively shopping forward Jason Zucker. Pittsburgh Penguins star Phil Kessel reportedly nixed a trade to Minnesota in exchange for Zucker and there were reports that the Calgary Flames were close to acquiring Zucker, as well.

Now a report from Vancouver Canucks insider Mike Halford of TSN 1040 and The Athletic is reporting that the Canucks are “all over” Zucker and that GM Jim Benning has “multiple trade offers on the table.”

Check it out:

Interesting. The 27 year old Zucker would fit in well on the Canucks top six forward group, who currently have Sven Baertschi, Tanner Pearson, Josh Leivo and Loui Eriksson on the left wing.

With any trade it all comes down to the asking price, of course. So it’ll be interesting to see just what on the Canucks roster entices Fenton.
