We have four signings from a trio of NHL teams to announce today, all relatively small in the greater landscape of the league.
First up, the Minnesota Wild inked forwards Adam Beckman and Damien Giroux to matching three-year, entry-level contracts.

ST. PAUL -- Minnesota Wild General Manager Bill Guerin today announced the National Hockey League (NHL) club has signed forwards Adam Beckman and Damien Giroux to three-year, entry-level contracts.
Beckman, 18, recorded 107 points (48-59=107) in 63 games with the Spokane Chiefs in the Western Hockey League (WHL) this season. He earned the Bob Clarke Trophy as 2019-20 WHL scoring champion and also lead the WHL in goals and shots on goal (316), ranked second in power-play goals (16) and game-winning goals (nine), T-3rd in assists and fifth with a plus-44 rating. The 6-foot-1, 174-pound native of Saskatoon, Sask., recorded 32 multi-point games and notched a point in 33 of his last 36 contests (35-34=69). Beckman tallied a season-high five points in a game three times, recorded a season-best 18-game point streak (21-12=33, 12/7-1/25) and tied the Spokane's franchise record with a 10-game goal streak (16-5=21, 12/7-1/3). He was named the WHL Player of the Week twice (2/3 and 12/16).
Beckman tallied 62 points (32-30=62) in 68 games last season with the Chiefs and led the team in goals and plus/minus rating (plus-19). He ranked second amongst WHL rookies in goals, power-play goals (eight) and scoring and T-2nd in assists and shots on goal (177). Beckman was selected by the Wild in the third round (75th overall) of the 2019 NHL Entry Draft.
Giroux, 20, recorded 75 points (44-31=75) and a plus-34 rating in 61 games serving as team captain for the Saginaw Spirit in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL). He ranked T-1st in the OHL in game-winning goals (10), T-6th in goals and T-7th in shorthanded goals (four). The 5-foot-10, 179-pound native of Sudbury, Ont., led Saginaw in goals, ranked T-1st in power-play goals (11), third in scoring and fourth in shots on goal (165) and finished the season on a nine-game point streak (11-6=17, 2/15-3/8). He tallied a season-high four points in a game three times and played for Team OHL in the 2019 CIBC Canada Russia Series.
Giroux recorded 51 points (30-21=51) in 67 games with Saginaw last season serving as an alternate captain and ranked fourth on the team in goals. He has recorded 194 points (101-93=194) in 249 games during four seasons with the Spirit. Giroux was selected by Minnesota in the fifth round (155th overall) of the 2018 NHL Entry Draft.
Next up, the Buffalo Sabres announced that they've signed forward Dawson DiPietro to a one year deal.

The Buffalo Sabres have agreed to terms with forward Dawson DiPietro on a one-year, entry-level contract.
DiPietro, 24, recently completed his senior season at Western Michigan, where he was teammates with Sabres prospect Mattias Samuelsson. He tallied 29 points (12+17) in 35 games, upping his career total to 88 points (34+54) in 105 NCAA contests.
DiPietro participated in the Sabres' annual development camp last summer. He was a member of the winning team in the 3-on-3 French Connection Tournament, skating as part of a group that included forward Tage Thompson and defensemen Jacob Bryson and Ryan Johnson.
"Dawson was excellent at our development camp last summer, where he was able to showcase his speed and skill," Sabres general manager Jason Botterill said. "His high-energy, up-tempo style was an important asset for Western Michigan, and we're excited to add his skillset to our group."
The Medina, Ohio native said that week that he had been a fan of the Sabres and attended games in Buffalo growing up. He spoke highly of his experience at development camp.
"Nobody knows each other when you walk in, but everybody shakes your hand, everybody meets you," he said. "It's a family atmosphere."
DiPietro is the second NCAA forward signed by the Sabres during the past week, following the addition of Penn State winger Brandon Biro last Wednesday.
Finally, the Philadelphia Flyers announced that they've signed forward Tanner Lacyzynski to an entry level contract, as well.

The Philadelphia Flyers announced today they have signed center Tanner Laczynski (Luh-ZIN-skee), the club's sixth-round pick (169th overall) in the 2016 NHL Entry Draft, to an entry-level contract. according to President of Hockey Operations & General Manager, Chuck Fletcher.

* Has spent the last four seasons at Ohio State University where he compiled 143 points with 48 goals and 95 assists through 138 games.
* Served as alternate captain in his senior year and led the team in scoring with 34 points, which T-3rd in the Big Ten Conference, and 23 assists, which ranked second in the conference.
* He also led the team, as well as the Big Ten, on the power play with 17 points, including 14 power-play assists.
* Laczynski has led Ohio State in scoring in two of his last three seasons and was named First Team All-Big Ten in 2018 and is a two-time Academic All-Big Ten selection and three-time Ohio State Scholar-Athlete.
* Internationally, Laczynski helped TEAM USA win a gold medal at the 2017 World Junior Championships, appearing in all seven games and recording two points (1g-1a).
* In his draft year (2016), he ranked fourth in scoring in the USHL with the Chicago Steel and Lincoln Stars posting 63 points (24g-39a) in 52 games.
"Tanner has completed an excellent college career at Ohio State University and we are very excited to have him under contract," said Vice President & Assistant General Manager, Brent Flahr.
