With the San Jose Sharks back in Toronto this evening to take on the Toronto Maple Leafs, there’s plenty of chatter around the rink about Leafs centre Nazem Kadri and his incredible ability to get under the Sharks’ skin.

Earlier this month when the Leafs visited San Jose, Kadri got into it with Sharks forward Melker Karlsson. Kadri and Karlsson were battling hard deep in the Leafs zone when Kadri decided to put an end to things by one punching Karlsson in the jaw and “bat flipping” his stick ala Jose Bautista.

Remember this?

And of course, how could we forget the infamous beard ripping of 2017-18?

During a fight between Kadri and Sharks legend Joe Thornton, Kadri accidentally grabbed a hold of Thornton’s long beard and managed to rip a HUGE chunk of it out when the pair finally collapsed to the ice.

Remember this?

Well, with the Leafs and Sharks set to do battle once again tonight both Thornton and Sharks head coach Peter DeBoer had a lot to say about Kadri.

Check it out:

One thing’s for sure, we’re in for some serious old school hockey tonight! Drop the puck!
