Shocking new trade rumor involving NHL superstar Carey Price.

There have been a lot of rumors involving Montreal Canadiens superstar Carey Price as of late, including a rumor that his wife Angela Price told Carey that he either demanded a trade out of Montreal or they would be getting a divorce. 

Angela has since gone on the record and stated that she was not getting a divorce, not threatening a divorce, and furthermore that she did not want to leave Montreal, effectively putting an end to those trade rumors. 

Now however one of the National Hockey League's top insiders is reporting that he could legitimately see Carey Price being traded by general manager Marc Bergevin and the Montreal Canadiens.

For the first time, I can see a situation where Carey Price gets traded. If someone walked up to you this second and claimed Price wanted out, could you blame him? I would protect my family at any cost.

It would be the ultimate irony if in a hockey crazy market like Montreal a trade rumor that involved a star player's family resulted in him actually wanting out of that market in order to shield his family from those types of rumors.

However if the trade were to become a reality there would be a great many voices in that market that would use the move as evidence that the rumors of Angela Price demanding a divorce due to an extramarital affair from her husband were true all along.
