The Boston Bruins should claim Teemu Pulkinen from the Red Wings. The talented forward has been placed on waivers earlier today, and any team can pick him up.

Naturally a left winger, the right-hand shot, Pulkinen can also play the right wing. With his goal-scoring ability, he would add an offensive firepower for the Bruins. At 5-foot-11 and 183 lbs, his speed would also be of great help.

In 71 games in the 2013-2014 season with the Grand Rapids Griffins, Pulkkinen scored 31 goals and 59 points. The following season, again with the Griffins, Pulkkinen led the AHL in scoring with 34 goals and 61 points in 46 games. And, in 16 playoff games with the same AHL team, Pulkkinen scored 14 goals and 18 points.

His last two seasons with the Red Wings saw him gather 8 and 12 points in both 2014-2015 and 2015-2016, respectively.
