Sidney Crosby closes his hockey school

Just five days after the NHL announced it would pause its 2019-20 season due to the coronavirus outbreak, a first player in the league has been tested positive for COVID-19 late on Tuesday night.

This will continue to impact players and organizations as on Wednesday, one of the best star players in the league Sidney Crosby made an announcement concerning his hockey school. 

The Pittsburgh Penguins captain has confirmed that the 2020 Sidney Crosby Hockey School has officially been cancelled. 

In a tweet, Crosby reminded everyone to stay safe and healthy and believe this hard decision will help everyone in fighting the coronavirus.
