Sidney Crosby delivers an ugly looking cheap shot in Game 4.

The Tampa Bay Lightning were not at all happy after this play and it's not hard to see why they would be so upset.

During Game 4 of the Eastern Conference Final Pittsburgh Penguins captain Sidney Crosby appeared to deliver a slew foot to 22 year old Lightning forward Cedric Paquette. Upon viewing the replay from multiple angles it looked even worse for Crosby.

The National Hockey League officials on the ice at the time appeared to miss the play, and that only served to fuel more anger from the Lightning bench and more specifically head coach Jon Cooper who clearly felt his young center should have been protected. 

Paqeutte was not injured on the play which likely means despite the dangerous nature of this play Crosby will escape any form of discipline.
