As the Detroit Red Wings play visitors to the Philadelphia Flyers at the Wells Fargo Center tonight, they’ll look to avoid losing a third consecutive game.

That might be a tall order for head coach Jeff Blashill’s troops, who have not won in Philadelphia since 1997. They have lost 11 straight in the City of Brotherly Love and have been outscored 48-20 during those games.

Despite a certain curse being cast upon the Red Wings in Philadelphia, Blashill has confirmed that his starting goaltender tonight will be Petr Mrazek after being pulled in his last outing after allowing four goals on 10 shots. One would think that Jimmy Howard would get the nod, but it turns out Mrazek is the clear-cut number one goaltender of the organization for the time being.
