Surprising Turn of Events

The Chicago Blackhawks have incorporated six new rookies to the team’s roster for the 2016-2017 NHL regular season.

Surprisingly enough the rookies have been having great starts to the season, but the same cannot be said about the Blackhawks core team.

Artem Anisimov has given away four penalties of which three resulted in goals for the opposing teams. 

Patrick Kane has zero goals so far which is bizarre for the swift high scoring superstar. The same goes for legendary Jonathan Toews who also has put up zero goals in all three games he started in.

Richard Panik posted three goal during the Blackhawks win against the Predators for the first hat trick of his NHL career.

Kane has admitted that the veterans need to pick up the slack in the next match in order to even out the pressure throughout the team.
