T.J. Oshie breaks his stick over Tom Wilson’s ass in hilarious pre-game routine

In case you missed it last night, Washington Capitals forwards T.J. Oshie and Tom Wilson engaged in some… well, some bizarre behaviour prior to the team’s game against the Columbus Blue Jackets.

There’s no easy way to describe this other than to say Oshie broke his stick over Wilson’s ass while swinging for the fences.

So many questions…

First off, is this a usual thing? Wilson looks quite amused when he turns around to find Oshie, which leads me to believe that this isn’t the first time this has happened. Secondly, that’s probably a $300 stick! Oh… how it hurts my bank account just to watch this…

In any case, it’s hard not to love the Capitals this season. Clearly the team is having fun on and off the ice this campaign and it could serve them well come playoff time. A loose team can sometimes have a way of simply rolling with things and the Caps very much look like that kind of team this season. Injuries? Big deal? Need a late goal to tie it? No problems. Easy peasy, loosey goosey.
