Tavares prods Chara for his secrets

The Red Wings sniper Dylan Larkin joined fellow Atlantic Division stars Zdeno Chara, John Tavares and Brady Tkachuk on a conference call this morning to take questions from the media.

Before things really kicked off though, Larkin got out ahead of things and laid down some heavy praise for Toronto Maple Leafs’ captain John Tavares.

Funny enough, Tavares deflected the praise and turned around to Boston Bruins captain Zdeno Chara.

So… did Big Z throw some praise around? Not a chance… he called out teammate Tuukka Rask on his rank farts:
