Taylor Hall Saddened By Trade

Taylor Hall is saddened by the trade that sent him to the New Jersey Devils in exchange for Adam Larsson.

According to NJ.com, Hall went on the record to say that had things gone differently in Edmonton, he probably would not have been traded to the Devils.

Evidently, he would have liked to stick around with the team that drafted him and with which he spent the last 6 seasons:

"It sucks what happened in Edmonton, and it's unfortunate we didn't have more success, but then I probably wouldn't be here..", Hall said.  

He posted 80 points in 2013-2014, and 26 goals last season, one tally shy of his career-best 27.
