According to the Complete Hockey News, blue liner Mikko Lehtonen has reportedly informed his team, Helsinki Jokerit, that he won’t return to the KHL and didn’t want to extend his contract with the club.

Lehtonen is 26 years old and a left-handed defenseman. At 5’11 and almost 200 pounds, he recorded 17 goals and 32 assists for a total of 49 points in 60 games, which got him the title of vbets defenseman in the KHL.
